Memorial Day 2023 RnR Recovery Vacation Event

Our 2023 Memorial Day Event that starts Monday 29 May 2023 and ends Friday 2 June 2023 at the Sandpearl Resort & Spa, Hyatt Regency Clearwater and the Wyndham Grand Resort in Clearwater Beach, Fl.

To submit a selection form for our 2023 Memorial Day Recovery Vacation Event, please fill in the online form below and submit it online.

The submission deadline is 31 March 2023. Selected families will be notified via email by 7 April 2023 to the email on their selection form.

You are qualified to submit a selection form for this event if you meet the qualifying deployment requirement below:

If the active service member has returned from a deployment to Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Africa, SW Asia or any other hostile overseas AOR deployment of 4 months or longer OR are returning from a 12 month oversea remote deployment within 180 days of the start date of the RnR vacation OR the service member has orders to leave on a qualifying deployment above within 90 days from the end date of the RnR vacation.

If selected: You and your family will receive a no-cost 5 day / 4 night stay at one of our two Troop Rewards partnership resort properties.

Our 2023 Memorial Day Recovery Vacations will be hosted at the Sandpearl Resort & Spa, Hyatt Regency Clearwater and the Wyndham Grand Resort. All three of these resorts will be hosting 10 families each and are located in Clearwater Beach, Florida. Each selected family will be assigned to one of these three resorts. You will be notified by email on or before 7 April 2023, as to which hotel you will be assigned to.

Each family will also receive the following during their stay at no cost:

"Welcome Home Our Heroes" reception on arrival day to meet all the selected families

Daily breakfast at resort

A meal at the resort poolside cafe

A Dinner at the resort's signature restaurant

A sunset cruise

A visit to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium

Lunches and dinners out at a local restaurants.

Dinner out & restaurant depends on what resort you are assigned to.

**The selected families will need to provide their own transportation to and from the resort and to all the events during their recovery vacation.
