Veterans Day 2023 RnR Recovery Vacation Event

Event starts Monday 6 November 2023 and ends Friday 10 November 2023 at the Sandpearl Resort & Spa, Wyndham Grand, and the Shephards Beach Resort in Clearwater Beach, Fl. Dates subject to change.

To submit a selection form for our 2023 Veterans Day Recovery Vacation Event, please fill in the online form below and submit it online.

The submission deadline is 15 October 2023. Selected families will be notified via email by 20 October 2023 to the email on their selection form.

You are qualified to submit a selection form for this event if you meet the qualifying deployment requirement below:

If the active service member has returned from a deployment to Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Africa, SW Asia or any other hostile overseas AOR deployment of 4 months or longer OR are returning from a 12 month oversea remote deployment within 180 days of the start date of the RnR vacation OR the service member has orders to leave on a qualifying deployment above within 90 days from the end date of the RnR vacation.

If selected: You and your family will receive a no-cost 5 day / 4 night stay at one of our two Troop Rewards partnership resort properties. Your recovery vacation arrival date is on Monday, 6 November 2023 and your departure date will be Friday 10 November 2023.

Each selected family will be assigned to one of the two resorts upon being selected and notified by email on 20 October 20223**.

Each family will also receive the following during their stay at no cost:

"Welcome Home Our Heroes" reception to meet all the selected families

Daily Breakfast at Resort

A meal at the Resort Poolside Cafe

A Dinner at the Resort's Signature Restaurant

A Sunset Cruise

Lunch or Dinner out at a local restaurant (family's choice)

**The selected families will need to provide their own transportation to and from the resort and all the events for their recovery vacation.
